Shardfall is operated by Chaotic Game Studios LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you play, and why.

What we collect

• Lord name — the display name you choose when entering the realm. No email, password, or account registration is required.
• Game state — your keep, troops, heroes, marches, reports, and chat messages, stored on our server to provide the persistent world.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent) used for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
• We do not process payments (there are none in the game).

Data retention & deletion

Game state is kept while the shard is active. Chat history is retained in limited rolling windows. To request deletion of your lord and associated game data, contact us at the address below.
